Design and production of an induction pack and welcome presentation for new employees
Tinopolis are the largest independent group of TV production companies in the country and needed help with creating assets for welcoming new employees to their various companies.
The induction material needed to be visually impactful and relate to the work that the company produces. The presentation needed to present quite complex information over in a format that would lend itself to being interesting and digestible to the new employees, without bombarding them with information.
The work is still on-going and will be rolled out and adapted for all of Tinopolis's regional offices.
