We engaged Graphics Monkey to create a website for our business, we had given a lot of thought toward brand and knew what we wanted but were quite wary of passing this to a third party "would they get it", "could we work with them", "would we be sold some techi solution". 

At the first meeting with Stuart it was apparent that he was prepared to listen and not make us feel like the novices we were. Stuart took the brief from our ramblings and very quickly articulated this into customer type, similar brands and it was clear he knew our aspirations. The web site evolved over the coming weeks and Stuart was patient with us - guiding us, but never telling us. To say that Stuart created and built the website sells him short - he assisted us with hosting, email, links, search engines and so much more. Although Stuart is the designer he has made us feel so engaged that we believe we were part of the process and this has created in us a strong senses of ownership over the site. 

The day came to a launch the site and Stuart took us - his new students - through how to manage the site, he was patient, flexible and knowledgable. Since launch Stuart has always been there for us. 

So if the product is to work, its purpose is to showcase our business and attract custom - we are a start up business and had no track record or customer reviews. The website totally exemplifies our business and the quality of the product and as such has attracted new customers to us from across the world - in our first month of trading we have new business from Australia, Peru, Sweden, California, Italy and of course the UK.
